Caring for your pendant!
All sterling silver and 9ct, 18ct gold pendants will out last you if cared for properly.
Avoid contact with surfaces that could scratch your Image Gold pendant. Your pendant can be cleaned with a soft cloth in warm soapy water and dried with a clean cotton cloth or use jewellery or spectacle polishing cloths.
Imaglaze protective covering
It is highly recommended that Imaglaze is applied to the engraved surface to protect the image form accidental bumps and scratches. Imaglaze is a clear resin that adheres to the pendant and sets hard (similar to what you see on name badges). Imaglaze comes with a 3yr warranty and can be easily replaced if necessary.
Care for Imaglaze - Avoid excessive exposure to the sun/uv light and sudden changes to temperature (i.e. hot water). Consistent repeated use in water will decrease the life span of the Imaglaze.
How many images can I put on my pendant? back to menu
Choose the larger pendants for engraving multiple faces (the more images added together, the smaller each face becomes and the less detail seen). Recommendations for 3-4 images per side are CL06 (large Classic Oval), CL02 (large Classic Round), D101 (Designer Round), D102 (Italian Round), D104 (Designer Oval), D106 (Designer Rectangle). Consider putting images/faces on the front and back of the pendant to keep the images as large as possible

Can I combine images from different photos?
Images can be selected from multiple photos. Please include clear instructions including numbering the photos and provide descriptions of the images to be engraved. You don’t need to write on, attach stickers or cut out the front of the photos.
Selecting suitable photos
Remember the better the quality of the image the better the engraving will be. Please choose photos of the desired images that are clear and well lit with no shadowing or covered areas on the faces.
Image / photo size
The image can vary in size from a passport photo to an A4 photo. We will enlarge or reduce the image size to fit your Image Gold product.

Extra Images Pricing
Each pendant comes with one engraved image/face and each extra images/faces are $20.00 each. The back or reverse side can be engraved for $40.00 for the first image and $20.00 for every image thereafter.
Text engraving pricing
Text can be engraved for $20.00 for unlimited text – please specify Script or Standard text
Imaglaze Pricing - Imaglaze is $10.00 per side
Placing an Order with Image Gold back to menu
Select and visit your nearest distributor from our retail outlets page or if you are not able to visit a distributor email us your order (RRP applies)
Posting or Emailing Orders:-
Emailing Orders
Simply scan you images (either colour or B&W) at 300dpi and attached it to your email and send to us at info@imagegold.net with your contact details, Image Gold distributor name if applicable (please visit your preferred Image Gold distributor first and organize your order and payment etc), Image Gold design code, image instructions, S/S, 9ct or 18ct and if Imaglaze is required.
Posting Orders
We use and recommend you use Australia post - express post for quick, reliable service that can be tracked (1-2 day delivery in Australia). Registered Mail is fine for jobs not required urgently (5 – 7 day delivery. Add a piece of cardboard to help keep your photo flat.
How long will my Image Gold order take? back to menu
From the time we receive you order to sending out your order will be 3-4 days (gem and diamond set orders 5-7 days). The Christmas period may be slightly longer (5-7days). We are able to complete you order on the same day or overnight if requested. Other time factors to take into consideration are the postage time which can vary (see Posting). Emailing you order will eliminate the postage time to us.
